AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC EYELET AND WASHER SETTING MACHINE

We have sold the 16FEI since 1992. Hundreds of banner, flag, truck tarp, safety belt and other manufacturers rely on their 16FEI’s every day.

The machine cuts a hole in most any material, aluminum sign board and Kevlar included, and feeds and sets the eyelet and washer all in one stroke. Actual setting time is under 1 second. No adjustment is required when setting through thin or thick material.

The 16FEI is extremely robust with oiling being the only regular maintenance required. The machine can be set up for either plain eyelets with tooth or neck washers, or rolled rim eyelets and washers. Comes complete with workbench and tool kit.
